School Monitor

The Germantown School District is looking for a School and Student Monitor to work at Germantown High School 6 hours per day - school year only.  This position is considered part-time/during the school year. 

The position of School and Student Monitor is a hybrid student support/secretarial position. The School and Student Monitor serves to support the Mission of the Germantown School District by performing duties including student supervision, clerical support, public relations, and student coaching.

Qualifications:

1. Three years of administrative support experience preferred. 

2. Demonstrated competence in the area of student supervision. 

3. Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office products, Google products, and database software. Experience with Skyward Student Information Systems a plus. 

4. High school diploma required. Candidate expected to have a focus on attention to detail. 

5. Completion of physical examination and background check as required by Board of Education policy, state and federal law.

6. Such additions or alternatives to the above qualifications as the 
Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
