Germantown came from behind to beat Franklin 11-9 on April 15.  After spotting the Sabers a 4-0 lead through 3 innings, the Warhawks began to chip into the lead scoring 1 in the 4th and 3 in the 5th to cut the lead to 5-4 before exploding for 7 in the 6th.  Emmy Coulter (2-3, 2 R, 2 SB), Madison Werner (2-3, R, RBI, SB), Leah Heinz (2-4, 2 R, RBI), Skylar Bryl (2-3, 2B, 3 RBI), and Taylor Wilson (2-4, 2B, R, 2 RBI) led the way on offense.

Germantown defeated Badger-East Conference champion Watertown 6-1 on April 16.  Hailey Williams went the distance in the circle for the Warhawks.  The senior hurler scattered 7 hits, allowed 1 unearned run while striking out 3 and walking 1.  She is now 8-3 on the season.

Germantown got on the board in the 2nd inning.  Leah Heinz (2-4, R, SB) lead-off with a single and Josie Smith (1-4, RBI, SB) drove her in with a 1-out infield single.  Watertown tied the score in the 4th, but the Warhawks took the lead for good in the 5th.  Emmy Coulter (2-4, R, 2 RBI, SB) led off with a walk and Maddy Balsiger (2-3, 3B, RBI) lasered a triple to center to drive in Coulter.  Later in the inning, consecutive two-out singles by Kayla Preiss (1-3, R, RBI), Heinz, and Skylar Bryl (1-4, RBI) plated another run to make it 3-1.  Preiss drove in another run in the 6th getting hit by a pitch with the bases loaded, and Coulter capped the scoring by driving in 2 on a single in the 7th.  Kate Partridge (2-2 2B, 2 R) also had a multi-hit game for the Warhawks.

Germantown lost to West Bend West 11-1 in 5 innings on Thursday.  The Warhawks took an early 1-0 lead in the top of the 1st.  Emmy Coulter (2-3, 2B, R) led off with a double, Maddy Balsiger (1-3, SB) singled her to third, and Madison Werner (1-1, SF, RBI) drove her home on a sacrifice fly.  However, they only got singles by Skylar Bryl (1-2) and Werner the rest of the way, as the Spartans bashed their way to a 11-1 win.
