On Saturday, The Germantown Forensics team competed at Sheboygan South against over 32 teams.   The team placed 17th.  Everyone competed well.  Congratulations to Paige Johnson, 1st in Special Occasion and 6th in Extemporaneous Reading!

Last Thursday was the Tri M induction ceremony.  The Tri-M Music Honor Society welcomed new members at their Induction ceremony this past week.  Thirty-one new members were added to the group that recognizes student achievement in music, academics, and service to the school.  March is Music In Our Schools Month and these students represent the best in the GHS Music Department.  Congratulations to all!

Regional Champs!

Congratulations to the Germantown Girls' Basketball Team for advancing to the Sectional Final game by defeating DSHA last night.  The Sectional Final game is tomorrow, Saturday, March 4 at 1:30pm at Manitowoc Lincoln High School.  Tickets are available online through Germantown's GoFan site.  (There will be limited ticket sales at the door). Find the ticket link HERE or on our GHS activity schedule or the GHS website.  Purchasing tickets ahead of time is appreciated.  Good luck to the team!

Congratulations to the Gymnastics Team for taking 2nd at Sectionals this past Saturday and good luck at State on today and tomorrow!  Fynn Langley qualified for individual state for All-around, Vault, and Beam, Emersyn Coulter qualified for Vault and Jadyn Graffenius qualified for Bars and Morgan Kreitzer got her highest Vault of the season.  Good Luck!

Good luck to the Wrestling Team as they compete tonight in the quarterfinals and hopefully semifinals of the Team State Wrestling Meet and hopefully tomorrow in the finals!  You can purchase a ticket HERE.



Congratulations to all wrestlers who qualified for the State Individual Wrestling tournament held last weekend.  Germantown had a great showing with seven wrestlers participating - they were Owen Becker, Riese Thornberry, Eli Rabideau, Talan Schutte, Ethan Riddle, Nathan Stiebs and Maev Michalak!

Ethan Riddle was state champion in the 170 lb weight class making him a two time champion!  Riese Thornberry placed second in the 138 lb weight class, Owen Becker placed fourth in the 106 lb weight class and in the girls tournament Maev Michalak placed fifth.
