When you step into County Line, you’re not just entering a school: you’re joining a community that genuinely cares.
Principal Schultz emphasizes how County Line is more than a school; it’s a neighborhood hub. The first thing visitors notice is the genuine sense of community. "You'll see adults greeting you at the door, students saying hello in the hallways, and a lot of energy here," she states. This lively environment is a testament to the close-knit relationships that define County Line.
Celebrating Superheroes. Each month, County Line features monthly celebrations, where students are recognized for their growth, both academically and personally. Every month, families, staff, and students gather to celebrate what Kelly refers to as the school’s ‘superheroes.’ "They get to wear their cape all day and walk down our red carpet," Principal Schultz explains, creating a memorable experience that highlights the achievements of every child.
While community celebrations are visible, there’s also significant behind-the-scenes collaboration among staff. Principal Schultz notes that the intentional conversations happening in hallways and classrooms are key to student success. "Our whole school is a professional learning community," she explains, focusing on the continuous growth of both students and teachers.
They’re not just educating; they’re building a community: one conversation, one achievement at a time.
As the year unfolds, Principal Schultz hopes that every child should love coming to school, feeling excited to learn and connect.
