The Germantown School Board invites families and community members to share desired leadership characteristics through an online survey and focus groups facilitated by HYA.
Germantown, WI - The Germantown School Board has officially launched a community survey to help guide the search for our next superintendent.
As part of this process, the Board is seeking input on the key characteristics, strengths and skills desired in our future district leader. You can share your feedback by completing the Superintendent 2027 Survey via GSDwi.org/supsurvey (en español: GSDwi.org/encuestasup) or by participating in an upcoming in-person or virtual focus group. To ensure complete confidentiality, the survey and focus groups are being facilitated independently by Hazard, Young, Attea and Associates (HYA).
