Germantown School District, Germantown Police Department Wisconsin, and the ALICE Training Institute have teamed up to bring ALICE Instructor Certification Training to Germantown on July 18-19, 2023.
ALICE—Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate—is a set of proactive strategies that move beyond traditional lockdown and increases the chance of survival during a violent intruder event. ๐ง๐ต๐ถ๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ถ๐ ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐๐ต๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ผ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ ๐ถ๐ป ๐น๐ฎ๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐, ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐ผ๐น๐, ๐๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐, ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ฝ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐น๐, ๐ฏ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐น๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ.Those who complete the training will be able to train others in ALICE. The training will be held at the Germantown High School with instruction done by trainers from the ALICE Training Institute.
