Incoming Kindergarten Students
In order to register for Summer School, you must have completed the kindergarten registration process in its entirety. This includes presenting an original birth certificate or passport and proof of residence. Please allow up to four business days to process your registration. More information can be found at www.gsdwi.org/enroll.

Non-Residents
There will be a form to enroll non-resident students (students living outside the Germantown School District), which will be made available on or before non-resident enrollment date. There is a $75 fee per class for non-resident students. A check made payable to the Germantown School District must accompany the completed form. Please mail payment and completed form to the District Office or stop by the District Office during business hours and give it to Julia Leeson.

Please fill out this form (one per child) so a Skyward Family Access account can be created or reactivated. A Skyward account will be initiated once the student has been registered and your residency confirmed (visit www.gsdwi.org/enroll  Proof of Residency section for more information on what is required). Change of Plans?
If you registered for a course and are no longer able to participate, please log into Skyward Family Access Arena Scheduling to drop your student from the class prior to the closing of registration. This allows those waiting on a waitlist the opportunity to register. If the registration window has already closed or classes have already started, please contact Julia Leeson at jleeson@gsdwi.org.

Questions
Contact Julia Leeson at jleeson@gsdwi.org with any questions.

Prior to Registration
Prior to registration, please log into Skyward Family Access to check that you have access to Arena Scheduling for summer school. If you do not have access please contact your building secretary. You will not be able to register for summer school unless you have this enabled on your account. Classes fill up quickly, and it can take 24-48 hours for arena scheduling access to be added to your account.

Summer school arena scheduling access for new families and students will only be available once you have completed your 2023-2024 school year registration.

If you have more than one child, once logged in, you will want to select the child you want to enroll in classes.

Option Column
At any point during the online registration window, you may remove courses and add different ones. To choose a course, simply click ADD. To remove a course, simply click DELETE.

Fit Column
The fit column will change based on the classes you have chosen. If it says "No", this course overlaps with a previously chosen course. If it say "Enr, congratulations!", your child currently is enrolled in that course. "Yes" means you can still choose this course for your child. If a course has "ENR", next to it under the fit column, you child is currently enrolled.
